I am all about setting goals. I realize that most New Years Goals are abandoned, but where I differ is the conclusion that I form: we should make constant goals, year-round, and always attempt to better ourselves!

My latest goal-setting adventure is based on accomplishing something small but real, every day, for 100 days.
